Step 1 – Quoting and Organising your Demolition for a renovation or a new construction

When you call TipTalk you’ll be put through to one of our experienced customer service team who are happy to discuss your demolition job with you and find out as much information as possible. Whether the quote needs to be done solely from blueprints or whether we’re able to visit the site for an on spot quote, we’re happy to accommodate any of your demolition needs.

We’ll be able to see what work needs to be done and what equipment we need so as not to hold up the job once we begin. Our customer service team can then arrange a suitable date to begin works, accommodating your schedule as much as we can.

Step 2 – Arrival & Preparation for your Demolition.

Once you have approved our quote and arranged a collection time we will arrive (on time) and begin preparation. This includes removing and loose rubbish, ensuring that the site is safe and putting up any scaffolding that might be needed. Your safety and the safety of our workers are of upmost importance, so preparing the site is one of the most important aspects of the job.

Step 3 – We get on with it….

There’s no fussing; if the site is safe then we get on with the demolition. We have all of our own tools and are hard working and efficient. We ensure that all jobs are completed on time, every time. You’ll be assigned a project manager at the beginning of the job, who you will be able to contact at any time. Building great relationships with our customers is very important to us, so you will never have to speak to any automated services and you’ll be able to speak to a real person every time.

Step 4 – Completion

On completion of the job, we will conduct a thorough site clean and take any builders waste away with us. We check with you that all works have been completed up to your high standards.
